1) I can’t see the installation screenshots and screenshots in introduction to locks on the website. What should I do?
A: This rarely happens, but it may be due to slow loading. Please wait a few seconds for the website to fully load. You can also try clicking the left/right arrows to manually view the screenshots. If the issue persists, feel free to report it in our Telegram group — we’re happy to help.
2) Why do some lines in the website feel incomplete or start from the middle? Are they not updated properly?
A: This usually happens due to temporary mobile network issues. When your phone has weak or unstable connectivity, the website may not load all the content correctly. Try refreshing the screen or checking again with a better internet connection — the content will load fully.

1) Why didn’t the Immediate Lock work?
A: There are a few common reasons why Immediate Locks may not activate:
🌅 In the Free Version:
- âś… You have not watched the rewarded ad fully (till you get a message “reward granted” on the top right). If you have watched the rewarded ad, close the “reward granted” message, and the phone would get locked immediately.
- âś… No Internet Connection: The app needs internet to load a rewarded ad. Without internet, the ad won’t load, and the reward can’t be granted — the lock won’t start. Try again after a few minutes.
- âś… No Ad Inventory: Sometimes, ads aren’t available. Without an ad, the lock won’t begin. Try again after a few minutes.
- âś… Lock Button Not Properly Used: After selecting the duration, make sure to press the Lock button again to confirm. Tap carefully. Try again.
🌅 In Both Free and Premium Versions:
- âś… Overlapping with a Previous Broken Lock: If you broke a lock (force-closed lock session), the app waits for that lock’s duration to end before starting a new one. Try again after that time.
- ✅ Overlapping with a Scheduled Lock: Immediate Locks won’t work if their duration overlaps with an active Scheduled Lock. Try selecting a shorter duration.
- âś… Midnight Timing Issue: Immediate Locks cannot include the time between 11:59 PM and 12:00 AM (midnight). Examples:
- If it’s 11:31 PM, a 30-minute lock won’t work, but a 15-minute lock will.
- After 11:45 PM, Immediate Locks won’t work until after 12:00 AM.
- If it’s 8:30 PM (anytime after 8:00 PM), a 4-hour lock won’t work (it would extend past midnight). Try a shorter duration like a 2-hour lock.
